CONDITION. THERE ARE SEVERAL LEAKS IN
THE ROOF AND THE CEILING HAS FALLEN DOWN
IN SEVERAL PLACES. THE FLOOR HAS
SEVERAL WEAK SPOTS IN IT AND THE TOILET
IS FALLING THROUGH THE FLOOR IN THE
BATHROOM. THE ROOF COVERING IS WORN OUT
CAUSING LEAKS. THERE IS AN ADDITION ON
THE REAR OF THE HOME THAT IS ROTTING
AWAY ALSO. THERE IS A SCREEN ROOM ON
THE FRONT OF THE HOME THAT THE FLOOR HAS
COLLAPSED DUE TO ROTTEN FLOOR JOISTS.
DUE TO UNSAFE CONDITIONS OF THIS
STRUCTURE I RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM THE
PROPERTY.
