REPEATELY SHE HAD NO MONEY TO FIX HER
PROPERTY. SHE ALSO COMPLAINED SEVERAL
TIMES THAT WE CALLED THE HCSO ON HER

THAT HAD PREVIOUSLY ADVISED HCSO THAT

AFTER SIGNING THE FIRST

IT LANDED IN THE BACK OF THE TRUCK.

DEPUTY STEPPED FORWARD AND STATED THAT
IF SHE AGAIN THREW THE PEN AT US OR HER
AGAIN, SHE WOULD BE ARRESTED. MS

BY SCRIBBLING ATOP THE CITATIONS THAT
SHE COULD NOT SEE TO READ. WHEN WE
TRIED TO AGAIN EXPLAIN THE PROCESS OF

FINES, MS USSERLY WALKED AWAY TO
COMPLAIN TO THE DEPUTY THAT WE
PREVIOUSLY LEFT/THREW A PEN IN HER
YARD.

FUNDING. AGAIN REPEATED WHY DONT WE

CONCRETE BLOCK HOME IN POOR CONDITION.
IT HAS CONTINUED TO DETERIORATE SINCE
THE LAST INSPECTION. THE OVERHANG ON
THE SE CORNER HAS BEEN ROTTING AWAY
SINCE JUNE 2009 AND NOW THE FASCIA
BOARD IS GONE ALSO. THE SAME CONDITION
IS STARTING ON THE NW CORNER AT THE
GARAGE. THE ROOF COVERING IS GONE
LEAVING THE PLYWOOD EXPOSED TO THE
WEATHER. THE DOORS AND WINDOWS ARE
STILL INTACT AND ONLY ONE BROKEN PANE
WAS NOTED AND THAT WAS IN THE GARAGE
AREA. A WOMAN, WHO SAID SHE WAS THE
OWNER, CAME TO THE DOOR AND LET ME LOOK
AT THE LIVING ROOM AREA. I SAW ONE
SMALL LEAK IN THE KITCHEN AREA CEILING.
SHE SAID THAT KIDS WERE ASLEEP IN THE
BEDROOM AND WOULD NOT LET ME INSIDE THE
REST OF THE HOME. THE HOME APPEARED TO
HAVE ELECTRICITY ON NOW WITH 2 LAMPS IN
THE LIVING ROOM WERE ON. SHE SAID THEY
HAD A CONTRACT WITH A ROOFER TO REPAIR
THE ROOF AND PUT ON NEW SHINGLES BUT
THEY NEEDED A LITTLE MORE MONEY BEFORE
HE WOULD START. SHE SAID THEY WOULD
HAVE THE MONEY BY MARCH AND PUT ON THE
NEW ROOF.
