REQUIRED TO OBTAIN SAME SINCE HE LIVES

BELIEVES THAT WE ARE INTERPERTING 5.20
WRONG AS HE IS AN AG ZONED PROPERTY.
HIS AG GROWING OPERATIONS ARE NOT
CURRENTLY IN OPERATION DUE TO AN INJURY
AND CIVIL LITIGATION WITH THE HCSO. HE
STATES THAT ALTHOUGH HE HAS PLANS TO
UTILIZE BOTH THE VESSEL AND SEMI/TRL IN
THE FUTURE, HE DOES NOT HAVE TO OBTAIN
CURRENT REGISTRATIONS UNTIL HE ACTUALLY
USES THE EQUIPMENT. HE IS WILLING TO
GO
TO COURT OVER THIS MATTER AND MAY EVEN
CONTACT THE COUNTY COMMISSION REGARDING
OUR ACTION. ALTHOUGH HE WAS POLITE TO
ME, WHEN HE OBSERVED APRIL IN THE TRUCK
AND APRIL STARTED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
CODE INFO, HE BECAME POINTED, REFUSING
TO LISTEN OR TALK TO APRIL. HE FELT
THAT
HE SHOULD HAVE PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED
COPIES OF THE COMPLAINT AND THEN
INDICATED THAT WE WERE TRESPASSING AND
REFUSED TO ALLOW US ACCESS TO THE
VESSEL
FOR PICTURES, TOOK PHOTOS FROM A
DISTANCE AND MR HILLMAN SIGNED THE
WARNING CITATION ALSO ADVISED NOT TO
COME ONTO HIS PROPERTY IN THE FUTURE HO
