CORRECTION, AND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF
THE HEARING WAS PROVIDED TO THE
RESPONDENTS. THE RESPONDENT, RANDY
HERSCOVICI, DENIED THAT VIOLATIONS EXIST
ON THE PROPERTY. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE
FOUND THAT VIOLATIONS EXIST ON THE
PROPERTY AND ADMITTED ALL EXHIBITS INTO

IN VERY POOR CONDITION. ALL THE WINDOWS
HAVE BEEN KNOCKED OUT OF THE OPENINGS,
THE DOORS DO NOT FIT THE JAMBS PROPERLY.
THE ROOF COVERAGE HAS BEEN BLOWN OFF
MOST OF THE ROOF EXPOSING THE RAFTERS
AND SHEATHING TO THE WEATHER. THERE ARE
SEVERAL ROTTEN RAFTERS AND SEVERAL
CEILING JOISTS HAVE FALLEND DOWN. THE
WOOD STRIPS IN THE CEILING ARE ROTTING
AND FALLING DOWN ALSO. THE WALLS HAVE
SEVERAL LARGE HOLES KNOCKED IN THEM AND
MOST INTERIOR DOORS ARE MISSING. THE
KITCHEN CABINETS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND
SOME PLUMBING FIXTURES HAVE BEEN
DESTROYED AS WELL. THERE ARE 3-4 LARGE
HOLES IN THE BLOCK WALLS WHERE A/C UNITS
HAVE BEEN REMOVED. DUE TO THE UNSAFE
CONDITION OF THIS STRUCTURE I RECOMMEND
REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY.

VIOLATES 12.19.500 ? BUILDING #2
THIS IS A CONCRETE BLOCK HOME WITH WOOD
FRAME ADDITIONS ON THE SOUTH END OF THE
HOME. THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN
TO THIS ADDRESS SEVERAL TIMES AND EACH
TIME WE RETURN THE BUILDING IS A LITTLE
WORSE. THE WOOD FLOORS IN THIS BUILDING
NOW HAVE HOLES EATEN IN THEM FROM
TERMITES. THE FRONT PORCH ROOF HAS
BROKEN RAFTERS FROM WATER LEAKS OVER THE
YEARS AND THE WOOD FRAME ADDITION IS
STARTING TO COLLAPSE FROM ROTTEN
SHEATHING AND RAFTERS. THIS HOME HAS
SEVERAL HOLES IN THE EXTERIOR WALL AND
THE REAR DOOR AND SOME WINDOWS ARE
MISSING AS WELL. THE WALLS SHOW SIGNS
OF WATER DAMAGE FROM THE ROOF LEAKS AND
SEVERAL RAFTERS ARE ROTTING AWAY IN THE
ATTIC. DUE TO THE CONTINUING UNSAFE
CONDITION OF THIS STRUCTURE I RECOMMEND
REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY.
