CONVERSATION WAS IN GREAT LENGTH. HE HAS
FILED A CASE WITH HIGHLANDS COUNTY
SHERIFFS OFFICE REGARDING ITEMS STOLEN
OFF THE PROPERTY. HE SAYS THAT IT IS A
CRIMINAL CASE AND CAN'T REMOVE ANYTHING
OR DO ANYTHING TO THE PROPERTY NOW THAT
HE HAS FILED THE CASE. HE FEELS CE
WOULD BE MAKING A MISTAKE TO PROCEED AND
THERE ARE LAWS ABOUT TRESPASSING.
EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT NO ONE TRESPASSED
AND THAT THE PICTURES WERE TAKEN FROM
THE ADJORNING PROPERTIES, STREET AND
WHEN APPROACHING THE FRONT DOOR. HE
FEELS THAT THIS IS HARRASEMENT, DOES NOT
WANT CE TO PROCEED WITH THE SPECIAL
MAGISTRATE AND IF IT DOES, STATED THAT
HE WOULD TAKE IT TO FEDERAL COURT.
STATES THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH HIS
MORTGAGE AND IT IS NOT VALID AND THERE
IS A FORECLOSURE ACTION ON THE PROPERTY.
WE STRESSED TO HIM THAT THE MORTGAGE
COMPANY WAS NOTIFIED AS WELL AS CAROL
CLARKE. HE WAS CONCERNED THAT CAROL HAS
NOT BEEN PROPERLY NOTIFIED SINCE THEY
HAVE DIVORCED. TOLD HIM THAT SHE HAS
SIGNED FOR CERTIFIED MAIL AT 1015 W.
BELL ST, AVON PARK, WHICH MEANS SHE HAS
BEEN NOTIFIED. EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT CE
IS ONLY OUT FOR COMPLIANCE AND THAT'S
WHAT CE IS ASKING HIM CLEAN UP THE
PROPERTY AND THAT THE HEARING WILL TAKE
