THIS IS A FOLLOW UP REPORT TO THE
INSPECTION OF 6-16-11 INSPECTION. I WAS
ABLE TO ENTER THE HOME AND FOUND
FLOORING SYSTEM IN STABLE CONDITION.
THE CARPET HAS BEEN REMOVED BUT THE MAIN
FLOORING SYSTEM IS IN GOOD CONDITION. I
DID NOT SEE ANY SIGNS OF ROOF LEAKS
ALTHOUGH THE NE ROOM HAS 12X12 TILE
CEILING A FEW PIECES ARE MISSING. ALSO
IN THE SAME ROOM THE PLASTER WALL
COVERING IS BROKEN OFF UNDER THE REAR
WINDOW. THIS IS AN AREA OF ABOUT 3'X 6'
AND NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. AS NOTED IN
THE FIRST REPORT THERE IS SOME BROKEN
WINDOW GLASS TO REPLACE AND THE AWNING
WINDOWS NEED NEW HANDLES INSTALLED TO
ALLOW THEM TO OPEN. THERE IS AN
EXTERIOR PANEL BOX LOCATED AT THE METER
THAT NEEDS THE "DEADFRONT" INSTALLED ON
IT TO PREVENT INJURY SHOULD ANYONE PLACE
THERE HAND INSIDE THE BOX.

FAIR CONDITION. THE DOORS WERE LOCKED
SO I WAS UNABLE TO DO AN INTERIOR
INSPECTION. THE ROOF APPEARS TO BE IN
GOOD CONDITION WITH A METAL CLAD FINISH
ON IT. THE EXTERIOR DOORS ARE IN GOOD
CONDITION EXCEPT FOR THE REAR UTILITY
ROOM DOOR. IT HAS THE GLASS BROKEN OUT
AND HAS BEEN BOARDED OVER AND THERE IS A
HOLE AT THE BOTTOM WHERE IT HAS ROTTED.
THE MAJORITY OF THE WINDOWS ARE SCREWED
SHUT AND DO NOT OPEN. THERE ARE ALSO
SOME BROKEN PANES THAT NEED TO BE
REPAIRED. THE HOME HAS AN ABOVE GRADE
WOOD FLOOR BUT DUE TO BEING LOCKED, I
COULD NOT TELL WHAT CONDITION IT WAS IN.
I WILL CHECK WITH THE REALTOR AND SEE IF
I CAN MEET HIM THERE TO GO THROUGH THE
HOME. THERE IS A WOODEN FENCE ON THE
PROPERTY THAT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED IN A
COUPLE OF PLACES.
