ON LEFT SIDE OF HOUSE HAS HOLE IN CLOSET THAT
LEADS TO TOILET PIPING. IN BATHROOM BY THAT ROOM
THERE ARE HOLES AROUND TOILET AND UNDER SINK. THE
HOME IS ALSO FULL OF ANIMAL DROPPINGS AND THE
SMELL IS OVERWHELMING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE
DWELLING. ALSO STATED THERE ARE 15 INDIVIDUALS
LIVING IN THE HOME AND ACCORDING TO SECTION
12.19.306 STATES THERE MUST BE AT LEAST 70 SQUARE
FEET PER PERSON FOR 1ST PERSON AND THEN 50 FEET
FOR EVERY OTHER PERSON IN THE SLEEPING ROOMS (ONLY

REPLACED SINCE THE HURRICANES BUT LEFT
SOME STAINS ON THE CEILING. THE DOORS
AND WINDOWS ARE ALL IN PLACE AND
WORKING
PROPERLY. THERE IS A FRONT AND BACK
WOOD DECK IN STABLE CONDITION. THERE
WAS A PLUMBING LEAK IN THE BATHROOM AND
IT HAD TO BE REPAIRED BY REMOVING A
SECTION OF THE WALL IN THE CLOSET
BEDROOM NEXT TO IT. THE REPAIRS WERE
MADE BUT THE OWNER HAS NOT NAILED THE
WALL SECTION BACK IN PLACE, BUT SAID HE
WOULD DO IT NEXT WEEK. OTHER THAN
TRASH
SCATTERED IN THE YARD I FOUND NO MAJOR
VIOLATIONS.
