IN THE FLOOR JOISTS. THE ROOF HAS (3)
LAYERS OF 90# ROLL ROOFING ON IT AND
THE
NORTH SIDE HAS BLOWN LOOSE IN MANY
PLACES. THE BACK PORCH IS MISSING SOME
SUPPORT PIERS AND THE RIM JOIST IS
ROTTEN IN SEVERAL PLACES. THIS PORCH
SHOULD BE REMOVED DUE TO ITS UNSAFE
CONDITION. THE HOUSE NEEDS A NEW ROOF
AND SOME REPAIR WORK DONE TO THE FLOOR
SYSTEM AND NEW DRYWALL WHERE IT HAS
LEAKED ON IT. THIS SHOULD BE COMPLETED
PRIOR TO A NEW TENANT MOVING IN. THE
OWNER WILL NEED TO HAVE THE CONTRACTOR
OBTAIN PERMITS PRIOR TO STARTING WORK.
