RESPONDENTS. THE RESPONDENT, JOSEPH A.
VILLONE, DISAGREED THAT THERE WAS A

WITH STRAPS ATTACHED. THERE SHOULD BE
AT LEAST 16-18 ANCHOR POINTS FOR THE
HOME DUE TO THE UNSAFE CONDITION CAUSED
BY THIS AND THE FUTURE DETERIOATION TO
THE WALLS AND FLOORS, I RECOMMEND
REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY.
