SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME WITH A SCREEN
PORCH ON THE WEST SIDE AND A SITE BUILT
ADDITION OF TWO BEDROOMS AND A SMALL DEN
ON THE EAST SIDE. THE BEDROOM ADDITION
IS IN VERY POOR CONDITION WITH ROOF
LEAKS IN SEVERAL PLACES. THE WALLS ALOS
SHOW SIGNS OF WATER DAMAGE. THE
EXTERIOR SIDING IS ROTTING AWAY AND THE
STUDS ARE ROTTING AT THE BOTTOM PLATE
ALSO. THE MOBILE HOME IS IN VERY POOR
CONDITION WITH SEVERAL HOLES IN THE
FLOOR FROM WATER LEAKS. THE BATHROOM
FLOOR HAS BEEN PARTIALLY REPLACED BUT
THE DAMAGE EXTENDS TO THE NEXT BEDROOM
FLOOR ALSO. THE KITCHEN FLOOR IS ABOUT
HALF GONE WITH PLYWOOD JUST LYING ON THE
FLOOR JOISTS AND SEVERAL LARGE HOLES
ALLOWING ROACHES AND RATS TO ENTER THE
HOME. DUE TO THE VERY POOR LIVING
CONDITIONS AND THE UNSAFE CONDITION OF
THE MOBILE HOME AND ADDITIONS, I
RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM SITE.
