THERE WERE A FEW TREES TO BE PLACED AT
THE CORNER OF THE PROPERTY WHICH ARE
CURRENTLY BEING MAINTAINED. CE HAS NO
VIOLATIONS FOR BUFFER THAT CAN BE
ENFORCED FOR THIS PROPERTY. ON THE
PLAT
IT DOES SHOW THAT THERE IS A 15' BUFFER
BETWEEN RESIDENTIAL LOTS AND COMMERCIAL
