THIS IS AN OLD CONCRETE BLOCK HOME WITH
WOOD RAFTER ROOF SYSTEM AND A SHINGLE
ROOF COVER. THERE ARE SEVERAL CRACKS IN
THE BLOCK WALLS ON THE CORNERS FROM
SETTLING OVER THE YEARS. THE CARPORT
ROOF IS FALLING DOWN DUE TO ROTTEN
SHEATHING AND RAFTERS. THE HOUSE WAS
LOCKED UP BUT THE REAR WINDOWS WERE
KNOCKED OUT AND THE GLASS IN THE REAR
DOOR. THE INTERIOR WALLS SHOW SIGNS OF
WATER DAMAGE WITH A ROTTEN BOTTOM PLATE
AND THE BOTTOM OF THE STUDS ARE ROTTEN.
ALL GLASS HAS BEEN KNOCKED OUT OF ALL
THE WINDOWS AND MOST FRAMES ARE BROKEN
AS WELL. THERE IS SAGGING NOTED IN THE
ROOF DUE TO ROTTEN RAFTERS. DUE TO THE
UNSTABLE CONDITION OF THE HOME I
RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM THE SITE.
