BUILDING WITH A CONCRETE BLOCK FIRST
FLOOR AND A WOOD FRAME TOP FLOOR. THE
HOME WAS LOCKED SO I COULD NOT INSPECT
THE INTERIOR OF THE HOME. THERE WAS AN
EXTERIOR STAIRWAY TO THE TOP FLOOR THAT
HAS BEEN TORN DOWN. I COULD NOT TELL IF
THERE WAS AN INTERIOR STAIRWAY OR NOT,
OR IF THESE ARE TWO SEPARATE UNITS. THE
ROOF IS IN BAD SHAPE AND THE SHINGLES
ARE SLIDING OFF THE ROOF DUE TO THE
ROTTEN CONDITION. AS IT SITS NOW THE
UNIT IS UNHABITABLE DUE TO THE LACK OF
STAIRS.
