WAS A FIRE
IN THE ADDITION AREA THAT DAMAGED THE
WALLS AND THE CEILING. THE MH IS IN
VERY
POOR CONDITION DUE TO TERMITE DAMAGE
AND
ROTTEN WALL SECTIONS. THE FLOOR HAS
SEVERAL WEAK SPOTS IN IT AND THE
BATHROOM FLOOR AND WALLS ARE ROTTEN DUE
TO LEAKY PLUMBING. THE SIDE WALLS IN
THE MH ARE DETACHED FROM THE FLOOR DUE
TO ROTTEN WOOD FROM WATER LEAKS AT THE
WINDOWS. THE ELECTRIC PANEL HAS BEEN
REMOVED AND THE POWER LEADS HAVE BEEN
CUT OFF AT THE TOP OF THE WALL. DUE TO
UNSAFE CONDITIONS AND THE COST OF THE
REPAIRS I REOCOMMEND REMOVAL FROM SITE.

THE SE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IS NOT BUILT
TO CODE.THE METAL SHED IS NOT ANCHORED
DOWN AND DOESN'T MEET WIND LOAD. THE SW
SHED IS MISSING THE DOOR AND NOT
ANCHORED
PROPERLY.
