CONCRETE BLOCK HOME IN GOOD CONDITION.
THE WALLS ARE IN GOOD REPAIR AND THE
WINDOWS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. THE ROOF
NEEDS TO BE REPLACED DUE TO SEVERAL
LEAKS NOTED INSIDE THE HOME. THE DINING
AREA AND THE NW BEDROOM CILINGS HAVE A
SECTION THAT HAS FALLEN DOWN DUE TO
WATER DAMAGE. THERE ARE 3-4 HOLES IN
THE WALLS WHERE SOMEONE PUSHED ON THE
DRYWALL AND CRACKED IT BETWEEN THE
STUDS. THE GABLE ENDS NEED PAINTING AS
DOES THE FACIA BOARDS. WHEN THESE
REPAIRS ARE MADE TO THE HOME IT SHOULD
BE IN GOOD SHAPE.
