REPAIRS AND HAS GOTTEN WORSE WITH THE
CRACKED WALLS. THE BROKEN FLOOR HAS
SUNK LOWER ALLOWING THE SEPARATION IN
THE BLOCK WALL TO WIDEN. THERE IS NOW A
SEPARATION ON BOTH CORNERS OF THE GARAGE
CREATING A VERY UNSAFE STRUCTURE. THIS
NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

THIS IS A CONCRETE BLOCK HOME THAT HAS
BEEN VACANT FOR SOME TIME. THE WINDOWS
AND DOORS ARE INTACT AND APPEAR TO
OPERATE PROPERLY. I SAW NO MAJOR SIGNS
OF LEAKS IN THE HOME BUT MY INSPECTION
WAS CONDUCTED FROM THE OUTSIDE DUE TO
THE DOORS BEING LOCKED. THERE IS SOME
DAMAGE IN THE OVERHANG THAT WILL NEED
REPAIRS WHEN THE ROOF IS REPLACED.
THERE IS A NEW BLUE TARP OVER THE HOUSE
ROOF.

STRUCTURE #2 - VIOLATES 12.19.500:
THIS IS A DETACHED WOOD CONCRETE BLOCK
STRUCTURE. THE SIDE WOOD DOOR HAS BEEN
REMOVED BUT THE FRAME IS INTACT. THE
METAL GARAGE DOOR HAS BEEN BENT AND HAS
A HOLE IN IT AND WILL NEED TO BE
REPLACED. THE FLOOR IN THE REAR OF THE
GARAGE HAS BROKEN APART ABOUT THREE FEET
FROM THE OUTSIDE WALL DUE TO THE REAR
WALL FOUNDATION SINKING FROM THE WEIGHT
OF THE WALL AND ROOF SYSTEM. THE FLOOR
HAS DROPPED 2"-3" AND THERE ARE LARGE
CRACKS IN THE BLOCK WALL. THIS NEEDS TO
BE REPAIRED BY STABILIZING THE
FOUNDATION OR BY REMOVING THE GARAGE
BUILDING. THIS NEEDS TO BE DECIDED
WITHIN THE NEXT SIXTY DAYS DUE TO UNSAFE
CONDITIONS OF THE BUILDING.
