OCTOBER 2010. I FOUND THE EAST END OF
THE MOBILE HOME TO BE COMPLETED WITH TWO
NEW WINDOWS INSTALLED. THE NORTH SIDE
HAD ALL THE WINDOWS REPLACED EXCEPT FOR
THE WEST END THERE WAS ONE TO BE
REPLACED. THE WALL WAS ABOUT 60%
COMPLETE WITH THE NEW SIDING. THE SOUTH
AND WEST SIDE HAD THE OLD SIDING
MATERIAL REMOVED AND THE NEW WINDOWS
INSTALLED BUT NO NEW SIDING AS YET. THE
BROKEN ANCHOR STRAP HAD BEEN REPAIRED
ALSO. THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY INTERIOR
WORK YET EXCEPT FOR THE LOOSE RECEPTACLE
BOXES WERE RENAILED TO THE STUDS.

POOR CONDITION. THERE ARE SEVERAL
BROKEN WINDOW PANES IN THE HOME,
ALLOWING
WATER TO ENTER THE WALL AND WET THE
FLOOR
AREA. THE ROOF HAS METAL APPLIED TO IT
BUT THERE IS NO RIDGE COVER ON THE EAST
END OF THE HOME. THIS ALLOWS RAIN TO
ENTER THE CEILING CAUSING DRYWALL TO
FALL. THERE ARE ALSO SEVERAL WALL
SECTIONS WITH NO WALL FINISH ON THEM.
THERE IS A MISSING SECTION OF EXTERIOR
SIDING ON THE NE CORNER EXPOSING THE
WALL STUDS AND FLOORING TO WATER
DAMAGE. THERE IS A BROKEN DRAIN LINE
GOING TO THE SEPTIC TANK. DUE TO THE
MANY LEAKS
AND DAMAGED AREAS IN THE HOME I WOULD
RECOMMEND REMOVING THIS UNIT FROM THE
PROPERTY.
