OLD WOOD FRAME HOME WITH VINYL SIDING.
THE WOOD FRAME ROOF HAS SEVERAL AREAS
THAT ARE MISSING SHINGLES AND FELT.
THIS HAS ALLOWED WATER TO ENTER THE HOME
AND ROT AWAY THE RAFTERS AND THE ROOF
SHEATHING. THE WOOD WINDOW FRAMES ARE
BADLY DAMAGED BY ROT AND TERMITE DAMAGE.
THERE ARE SEVERAL PLACES IN THE INTERIOR
OF THE HOME THAT HAS TERMITE DAMAGE.
THE FLOOR JOISTS ARE STARTING TO ROT
AWAY CAUSING THE FLOOR TO BE WEAK IN
SOME AREAS AND ALLOWING THE FLOOR TO
SLOPE OUT OF LEVEL. THE REAR DOOR AND
FRAME HAVE ROTTED AWAY ALOS. DUE TO
UNSAFE CONDITIONS OF THE HOME I WOULD
RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM THE SITE.
