THERE WAS NO INTERIOR INSPECTION. THE
WINDOWS ARE INTACT EXCEPT FOR THREE
BROKEN PANES. THERE ARE SEVERAL MISSING
SCREENS. THE FRONT AND REAR DOOR ARE IN
BAD CONDITION WITH THE BOTTOM PANEL
ROTTED AWAY ON BOTH OF THEM. THE DOOR
JAMBS ARE ALSO ROTTEN AND DOORS DO NOT
FIT PROPERLY IN THEM. THE ROOF APPEARS
TO BE IN FAIR CONDITION BUT SOME LEAKS
WERE NOTED THROUGH THE WINDOWS. THE
HOME IS FULL OF TRASH AND DEBRIS AND OLD
