COULD POSSIBLY NEED CLEANING OUT TO
CLEAR ANY BLOCKAGE. THE KITCHEN FLOOR
AND CABINETS WERE INFESTED WITH THE
SMALL GERMAN ROACHES. SECTION 12.19.307
OF THE STANDARD HOUSING CODE REQUIRES
THE OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY TO MAINTAIN A
SCHEDULE FOR PEST CONTROL. THIS NEEDS
TO BE DONE BEFORE THE NEXT TENANT MOVES
IN. THERE IS ALSO A HOLE IN THE BOTTOM
OF THE KITCHEN SINK CABINET THAT NEEDS
TO BE REPAIRED TO PREVENT RODENTS FROM
ENTERING THE HOME. THESE TWO ITEMS NEED
IMMEDIATE ATTENTION PRIOR TO ANYONE
OCCUPYING THIS HOME AND SHOULD BE
