.THE ROOF HAS DETERIORATED SINCE THE
LAST INSPECTION AND THERE ARE SOME
ADDITIONAL LOOSE PIECES OF METAL
ROOFING. THE RAFTERS ARE SHOWING SIGNS
OF ROTTING AND SOME CEILING MATERIAL HAS
FALLENDOWN. THE DOORS AND JAMBS ARE
STARTING TO DECAY FROM WEATHERING. SOME
OF THE WINDOWS THAT WERE BOPARDED OVER
HAVE BEEN OPENED AND THE GLASS HAS BEEN
BROKEN OUT OF A COUPLE OF THEM. THERE IS
A NOTICABLE CRACK IN THE N.W. CORNER OF
THE BLOCK WALL AND HAS OPENED UP SINCE
THE LAST INSPECTION.WITH NO ATTEMPTS AT
ANY REPAIRS HAVING BEEN MADE AND THE
CONTINUING WORSRNING CONDITION OF THIS
STRUCTURE I RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM THE
PROPERTY.

THE DOORS ARE NAILED SHUT. THE ROOF IS
A WOOD RAFTER SYSTEM WITH 5V TIN.
THERE
ARE SOME ROTTEN PLACES IN THE OVERHANG
AND ON THE RAFTER ENDS. THE METAL IS
ALSO LOOSE IN SEVERAL PLACES. WITHOUT
ACCESS TO THE INTERIOR THERE WAS NO WAY
TO DETERMINE THE CONDITION OF THE WALLS
AND FLOORS. I AM RECOMMENDING REPAIRS
BE MADE TO THE ROOF AND REPLACE BROKEN
WINDOWS AND REPAIR DOORS.
