THIS IS A TWO STORY WOOD FRAME HOME IN
POOR CONDITION. THE SECOND STORY IS AN
"A" FRAME STRUCTURE WITH VERY BAD SIDING
ON EACH END OF THE HOME. THERE ARE
HOLES ROTTED THROUGH THE SIDING ON THE
WEST END, AND ON THE EAST END AND IT IS
BUCKLING AND CURLING OFF THE WALL. THIS
HAS ALLOWED RAIN TO ENTER THE WALLS AND
NOT THE STUDS AND FLOOR PLATES. ALL THE
DRYWALL HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE
CEILING AND WALLS ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR.
I COULD NOT GAIN ACCESS TO THE INTERIOR
BUT BELIEVE THERE ARE SEVERAL LEAKS ON
THE TOP FLOOR ALSO. THE ROOF IS IN VERY
BAD CONDITION WITH SEVERAL PATCHED AREAS
ON IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM
THE SITE DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE
HOME AND LOACK OF ANY ATTEMPT TO MAKE
REPAIRS.
