BUILDING WAS LOCKED (NAILED SHUT) SO NO
INTERIOR INSPECTION COULD BE DONE. THE
EXTERIOR IS IN FAIR CONDITION. ON THE
EAST SIDE OF THE HOME THE SHEATHING IS
EXPOSED AND NEEDS TO HAVE THE FINISHED
WALL COVERING INSTALLED ON IT. THERE
ARE 3-4 WINDOWS THAT NEED REPAIR OR
REPLACED IN ORDER TO OPEN PROPERLY.
THERE ARE 2-3 BROKEN WINDOW PANES THAT
NEED TO BE REPAIRED ALSO. THERE ARE
SOME CONCRETE BLOCK WALLS THAT HAVE BEEN
KNOCKED DOWN AND NEED TO BE CLEANED UP.
ON THE SOUTH END OF THE HOME THERE IS A
WOOD DECK AND ROOF SYSTEM THAT NEEDS TO
BE REPLACED. THE DECK IS IN A VERY
UNSAFE CONDITION AT PRESENT.
