UNIT AT 101 SOME ONE HAS STARTED TO
ENCLOSE THE REAR PORCH BUT THERE IS NO
PERMIT FOR THIS. THE CONSTRUCTION WILL
NEED TO BE REMOVED OR PROPERLY
PERMITTED. THE UNIT AT 103 STILL HAS A
LARGE OPENING IN THE REAR WALL WHERE THE
SLIDING GLASS DOOR HAS BEEN REMOVED.
THIS OPENING NEEDS TO BE CLOSED OR
BOARDED UP TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE TO
THE BUILDING. THE ROOF OVER THE REAR
PORCH HAS NO SUPPORT POSTS AT ALL. THIS
NEEDS TO BE SUPPORTED AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE TO PREVENT THE ROOF SECTION
FROM BREAKING OFF AND COLLAPSING. THIS
CREATES A HAZARDOUS CONDITION AS IT IS
NOW.

THIS STRUCTURE IS A CONCRETE BLOCK
DUPLEX WITH TRUSS ROOF AND SHINGLES.
THE UNIT ON THE SOUTH END (103) HAS BEEN
VANDALIZED. THERE ARE SEVERAL BROKEN
WINDOW PANES IN THE HOME. THE REAR
SLIDING GLASS DOOR HAS BEEN TOTALLY
DESTROYED AND THE TRACK IS BADLY BENT.
THE HOME HAS AWNING WINDOWS IN IT AND
THE OPERATORS ARE BROKEN SO THE WINDOWS
WILL NOT STAY SHUT NOR CAN THEY BE
OPENED. THE ELECTRIC PANEL HAS HAD THE
WIRES CUT OUT OF IT AND THE MAIN BREAKER
HAS BEEN REMOVED. THERE ARE SEVERAL
HOLES IN THE WALLS AND CEILING. THE
COPPER WATER LINES HAVE BEEN CUT OFF IN
BOTH BATHROOMS AND SOME FIXTURES HAVE
BEEN BROKEN. THE FRONT DOOR HAS BEEN
NAILED SHUT AND CAN NOT BE OPENED. THIS
UNIT CAN BE REPAIRED, SINCE THE MAIN
STRUCTURE IS IN GOOD CONDITION.
