THIS IS A SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME IN
GOOD CONDITION. I DID NOT SEE ANY SIGN
OF ROOF LEAKS OR WALL DAMAGE. THERE IS
A LOOSE PIECE OF SOFFITT ON THE EAST
SIDE OF THE HOME THAT NEEDS TO BE
RENAILED. THE CARPORT ON THE EAST SIDE
OF THE HOME IS IN GOOD CONDITION BUT
DOES HAVE A BENT SUPPORT POST AT THE
FRONT ENTRY. THE POST WAS KNOCKED LOOSE
FROM THE SLAB BUT IS ATTACHED TO THE
UPPER ROOF BEAM. THIS POST NEEDS TO BE
REPLACED TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE ROOF
AS WELL AS UPLIFT RESISTENCE TO PREVENT
THE ROOF FROM BEING BLOWN AWAY. THE
POOL WAS AN ABOVE GROUND UNIT AND HAS
NOW BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SITE. THERE
IS A HOLE IN THE GROUND NEXT TO THE
SUPPORT PIERS FOR THE MOBILE HOME THAT
NEEDS TO BE FILLED IN. THIS WILL
PREVENT THE SAND FROM ERODING UNDER THE
PIERS ALLOWING THEM TO FALL OVER AND
LOSE SUPPORT TO THE MOBILE HOME.
