HAPPY TO COMPLY. I EXPLAINED THE HEIGHT
REQUIREMENTS AND SET BACKS. HIS
PROPERTY
IS LIKE A CORNER LOT AND ALL HEDGES AND
BAM BOO HAS TO BE NO MORE THAN 4 FOOT
HIGH
ALONG THE STREET. AND THE SECTION OF
SIDE YARD AT DRIVE WAY IS TO BE 4 FOOT
HIGH FOR THE FIRST 15 FEET BACK FROM THE
