FROM MIAMI. HE SAID THE COVERT PIPE WAS
ON THE GROUND IN THE DITCH AND ALL HE
DID WAS COVER IT WITH SOME MORE DIRT. HE
IS GETTING THE FENCE PERMIT TODAY WITH
J. THAYER IN ZONING. HE WAS GOING TO
ENGINEERING TO CHECK WITH REGULATIONS
REGARDING THE COVERT/DRIVEWAY PERMITS.
VERY NICE MAN, DIDN'T RESEARCH THE
PROPERTY ZONING BEFORE HE BOUGHT IT. HE
SAID HE WOULD TRY TO BRING ALL
