CONDITION. THE FRONT DOOR JAMB HAS
ROTTED AWAY AND NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED.
ON THE FRONT SIDE OF THE HOME THE
UNDERBOARD HAS ROTTED AWAY ALLOWING THE
FLOOR INSULATION TO FALL OUT. THIS
NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED WITH NEW
INSULATION
AND A NEW UNDERBOARD INSTALLED. THE
HOME WAS LOCKED AND I COULD NOT INSPECT
THE INTERIOR. EXCEPT AS NOTED AT THE
FRONT DOOR I DID NOT SEE ANY OTHER
SIGNS
OF LEAKS. THE ROOF METAL IS STARTING
TO
SHOW SIGNS OF RUST AND IF NOT PROPERLY
MAINTAINED (COATED) WILL SOON HAVE
SEVERAL LEAKS IN IT. THE HOME ALSO
NEEDS STEPS INSTALLED AT THE FRONT AND
BACK DOOR AND ALSO AT THE SLIDING GLASS
DOOR.
