AND ADDITIONS THAT WERE ADDED TO THE
HOME. SINCE THE FIRST INSPECTION IN
JANUARY THE ADDITIONS HAVE CONTINUED TO
DETERIOATE. THE ROOF RAFTERS CONTINUE
TO SAG, DUE TO NOT BEING THE CORRECT
SIZE FOR THE SPAN AND THE ROOF HOLDS
WATER IN THE LOW SPOTS WHEN IT RAINS.
THIS WATER IS NOW SEEPING THROUGH THE
ROOF AND WETTING THE SHEATHING AND
RAFTERS. THESE MEMBERS WILL SOON BEGIN
TO ROT AND COLLAPSE WHEN WEAKEND. THE
MOBILE HOME HAS SEVERAL LEAKS IN IT AS
WELL. THE EAST AND WST ENDS OF THE
UNIT
HAVE BROKEN OR MISSING WINDOWS THAT ARE
ALLOWING WATER TO ENTER THE WALL AND
ROT
IT OUT. THIS IS ALSO SPREADING OUT
INTO
THE FLOOR AREA. WHERE THE ADDITION WAS
ADDED TO THE SIDE OF THE HOME AT THE
S.W. CORNER, A LARGE SECTION OF THE
MOBILE HOME WALL WAS REMOVED. THIS HAS
WEAKENED THE EXTERIOR WALL AND CAUSED A
HAZARDOUS CONDITION TO EXIST DUE TO THE
LACK OF SUPPORT FOR THE ROOF. DUE TO
THE CONTINUING DETERIOATING CONDITION
OF
THE MOBILE HOME WITH NO ATTEMPT AT
REPAIRS AND THE UNSAFE CONSTRUCTION OF
THE ROOM ADDITIONS, I AM RECOMMENDING
REMOVAL OF THE ADDITIONS AND THE MOBILE
HOME.
