HIGHLANDS COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES,
FAILURE TO MAINTAIN ROOF AS REQUIRED BY
STANDARD HOUSING CODE, AND RESPONDENT
FAILING TO EITHER PAY FINE OR REQUEST
HEARING, AND THE UNDERSIGNED SPECIAL
MAGISTRATE HAVING DULY CONSIDERED THE
EVIDENCE PRESENTED AND BEING OTHERWISE
FULLY ADVISED IN THE PREMISES ORDERED AS
FOLLOWS:

1. AN AFFIDAVIT OF NON-COMPLIANCE HAS
BEEN FILED BY THE CODE INSPECTOR, WHICH
AFFIDAVIT CERTIFIES UNDER OATH THAT AS

APPEAR TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. THE
REAR OF THE BUILDING HAS A FLAT ROOF
OVER IT THAT HAS LEAKED ALONG THE
BOTTOM EDGE FO ROOF. THE ENDS OF THE
RAFTERS NEED TO BE REPAIRED, NEW
SHEATHING INSTALLED ON THE BOTTOM 2'OF
ROOF AND NEW SOFFIT INSTALLED IN THE
OVERHANG.
