GOOD CONDITION, EXCEPT FOR SOME LOOSE
SIDING @ BAY WINDOW. THE CEILING IN OEN
OF THE BATHROOMS SHOWED SIGNS OF A ROOF
LEAK, BUT OTHERWISE THE ROOF APPEARED TO
BE O.K. WHEN I ARRIVED FOR THIS
INSPECTION, THE OWNER WAS IN THE PROCESS
OF CHANGING OUT THE FLOORS WITH 3/4" T&G
PLYWOOD IN THE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM,
AND KITCHEN. HE ALSO ADDED SOME
ADDITIONAL 2X6 JOISTS. MOST OF THE FLOOR
INSULATION HAS BEEN REMOVED ALONG WITH
THE BOTTOMBOARD. I EXPLAINED TO THE
OWNER THAT THE INSULATION AND
BOTTOMBOARD MUST BE REPLACED BEFORE THE
PARK & SERVICE INSPECTION. I ALSO TOLD
HIM TO CALL FOR AN INSULATION INSPECTION
TO INSURE THAT THE INSULATION IS
ACTUALLY INSTALLED. THE EXISTING HOT
WATER TANK IS COMPLETELY RUSTED OUT ON
THE BOTTOM AND DISCONNECTED FROM
PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL, SO I TOLD THE
OWNER TO GET A NEW ONE. THE DWV FROM THE
KITCHEN SINK HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED, SO
NEEDS TO BE CHECKED @ TIME OF
INSPECTION. OWNER TO PROVIDE NEW SMOKE
DETECTORS, AND GFCI CIRCUIT PROTECTION
FOR KITCHEN. OWNER IS AWARE THAT ALL
WINDOWS MUST HAVE SCREENS. DATA PLATE IS
LOCATED ON BACKSIDE OF DOOR COVERING
ELECTRICAL PANEL.
