WOULD NEED TO APPEAR BEFORE THE SPECIAL
MAGISTRATE TO REQUEST ANY LENIENCY WITH
THE FINES/COSTS. HE STATED THAT HE DID
NOT HAVE MONEY TO COME TO THE HEARING,
STATED THAT HE WOULD JUST CALL THE
SPECIAL MAGISTRATE BEFORE THE HEARING TO
SPEAK TO HER. I CAUTIONED MR. MAVIS, AND
EXPLAINED THAT THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE IS
LIKE A JUDGE AND CAN NOT PARTICIPATE IN
