SURVEY WITH HER. THE AREA WHERE THE
FENCE IS,
IS NOT USED FOR DRIVE WAY
ACCESS.THE FENCE IS AN OLD WOOD POST
WITH OPEN WIRER FENCE.NOT NEWLY
INSTALLED.WHAT HAS BEEN PLACED ON THE
GROUND RECENTLY IS LOW GROUND COVER
PLANTS ON EACH SIDE OF THE FENCE. THERE
IS NO BLOCKAGE TO DRIVE WAY USES FOR
EITHER PARTY.THE FENCE DOES NOT
IMPAIRMENT TO SIGHT.AFTER SPEAKING TO
APRIL, I EXPLAINED TO THE RADDACKS THAT
THIS WAS NOT A CODE ENFORCEMENT ISSUE
BUT A CIVIL MATTER BETWEEN THE TWO
PARTIES.AND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO
RESOLVE THIS MATTER IN CIVIL COURT. 1
