THIS STRUCTURE IS A CONCRETE BLOCK HOUSE
WITH A WOOD FRAME 2NDS STORY. THE HOME
APPEARS TO BE ABANDONED FOR SOME TIME.
THERE WERE TWO LEAKS NOTED BUT HOME WAS
LOCKED SO NO INTERIOR INSPECTIONS WAS
MADE. THERE IS AN OLD WOOD FRAME BOAT
HOUSE AT EDGE OF LAKE IN THE REAR OF
HOME. THIS STRUCTURE HAS NEARLY
COLLAPSED DUE TO NEGLECT. THE REST OF
THE BOATHOUSE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED DUE TO
UNSAFE CONDITIONS. SEVERAL RAFTERS HAVE
ROTTED AWAY AND THE ROOF SHEATHING IS
ROTTEN OVER ALL THE BUILDING. THIS
SHOULD BE CLEANED UP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT IS LOCATED VERY
CLOSE TO THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS
PROPERTY.
