THERE ARE FOUR UNITS INVOLVED AND NONE
OF THEM LOOK "RUN DOWN" FROM THE
EXTERIOR. THERE IS MILDEW ON TWO OF
THEM AND THE MOST RECENTLY PURCHASED
UNIT (354) HAS SOME SIDING ISSUES ON A
LIVING ROOM ADDITION TO THE MOBILE.
THE
OWNER IS CURRENTLY OUT OF THE STATE,
BUT
I MET WITH HIS SON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4
TO
DISCUSS NEEDED REPAIRS. HE IS TO
CONTACT ME AS SOON AS THEY ARE
COMPLETED.

REPORT. NO VIOLATIONS NOTED, APPEARS TO
BE IN GOOD CONDITION.

UNIT 5: VIOLATES SECTION 12.19.305 "P":
THIS IS A SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME IN
FAIRLY GOOD CONDITION. THE ROOF AND
WALLS ARE IN GOOD SHAPE AND ALL WINDOWS
AND DOORS ARE INTACT. THE FLOOR IN THE
WEST BEDROOM HALLWAY AND A PART OF THE
LIVING ROOM HAS ROTTEN SHEATHING ON THE
FLOOR DUE TO A WATER HEATER LEAK. PART
OF THE LIVING ROOM WAS REPAIRED BUT
THESE OTHER AREAS MAKE IT UNSAFE TO
OCCUPY. NEED TO MAKE NEEDED REPAIRS.

UNIT 350: VIOLATES 12.19.305 "A": THIS
IS A SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME THAT IS IN
THE SAME CONDITION AS THE JUNE 2009
REPORT STATED. THE WALL AND CEILING
APPEAR TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION, THERE IS
NOW A SMALL HOLE IN THE NORTH WALL WHERE
A WINDOW IS MISSING IN THE BATHROOM.
THE TIE DOWN STRAPPING HAS NEVER BEEN
REPAIRED AS WAS NOTED IN THE REPORT.
THIS NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED OR THE UNIT
WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED.

UNIT 354: VIOLATES SECTION 12.16.101 &
12.19.305 "B": THIS IS A SINGLE WIDE
MOBILE HOME WITH ADDITIONS ADDED TO IT.
A CARPORT, BEDROOM, AND FLORIDA ROOM
HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE MOBILE HOME AND
WERE NOTED IN THE JUNE 2009 REPORT.
THERE IS SOME UNPROTECTED WIRES IN THE
CARPORT AREA THAT NEED REPAIRS AND THE
WATER HEATER CONNECTION IS OPEN AND
EXPOSED. THERE IS A ROOF LEAK WHERE THE
FLORIDA ROOM JOINS THE MOBILE HOME THAT
NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED TO PREVENT FURTHER
DAMAGE TO THE ROOF. THE SIDING ON THE
FLORIDA ROOM HAS SEVERAL ROTTEN PLACES
IN IT AND IS EXPOSING THE WALL STUDS TO
THE RAIN. IT ALSO ALLOWS WATER TO ENTER
THE WALL WHEN IT RAINS. THESE REPAIRS
NEED TO BE MADE TO PREVENT FURTHER
DAMAGE TO THE WALLS AND ROOF.

OWNER TO INSPECT THE INSIDE OF THE
M.H.'S TO DETERMINE IF IT CAN BE
REPAIRED. THERE WAS A COUPLE WASPS
NESTS THAT NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE
CARPORT.

NUMBERS FOR UNIT 5. AND WILL ATTEMPT TO
GET A LAST KNOWN ADDRESS.CLEANUP AROUND
UNIT 354 HAS STARTED GRASS MOWED. I WILL

REAR SIDE (NORTH)OF THE MOBILE HOME.
THIS MAKES THIS UNIT UNSAFE FOR HUMAN
HABITATION AS HEAVEY WINDS COUND TURN
THE UNIT OVER.THIS VIOLATATION MUST BE
ABATED BY REPAIR OR REHIBILATION.
ALSO INSPECTED WAS UNIT #1 THIS MOBILE
HOME IS SAID TO HAVE BEEN INSPECTED ONLY
FROM THE OUTSIDE. NO VIOLATION WAS FOUND
TO THIS UNIT.
ALSO INSPECTED WAS UNIT #354 BUILDING
INSPECTOR FOUND ROOF LEAKS CAUSING IN
UNSAFE CONDITION FOR HUMAN HABITATION.
LEAKS APPEAR IN DEN AND KITCHEN AREA
CEILING TILES FALLING AND STAINED.
VIOLATION OF 12.16.300 WAS WRITTEN.
VIOLATION CAN BE ABATED BY REPAIR OR
REHIBILATION. I FOUND VIOLATION OF 5-20
FOR A BOAT AND TRATLER PARKED IN A CAR
PORT WITHOUT CURRENT REGISTATION AND
LICENSE TAG. TO COMPLY TO CO SEC 5-20
BRING REGISTRATION AND LIC TAG CURRENT
AND AFFIX TO TRAILER AND VESSESL.
VIOLATION OF CO SEC 5.6-3 WAS FOUND DUE
TO HIGH GRASS AND WEEDS AND
ACCUMUMLATION OF DEBRIS. AROUND MOBILE
HOME FRONT AND BACK YARD AREA. THIS
CONDITION CAUSES HARBORAGE FOR RATS MICE

UNIT 5: THIS IS A SINGLE WIDE MOBILE
HOME. THERE ARE SEVERAL PLACES IN THE
FLOOR THAT HAVE ROTTED THROUGH. THE
WEST BEDROOM IS NEARLY HALF GONE. THE
HALF BATH FLOOR IS NEARLY GONE AND A
3'X4' AREA IN THE LIVING ROOM FLOOR
NEXT TO THE WALL IS ROTTED. ALL DOORS
AND
WINDOWS WERE INTACT AND THE SIDE DOOR
WAS UNLOCKED. THE FLOOR COVERING HAS
BEEN REMOVED FROM THE BEDROOM AND
LIVING ROOM. THIS IS A 1978 MODEL.
UNIT 350: THIS IS A SINGLE WIDE MOBILE
HOME AND THE UNIT WAS LOCKED. THERE
ARE FIVE NEW WINDOWS ADDED AND A NEW
DOOR.
THIS UNIT DOES HAVE BROKEN STRAPPING AT
THE ANCHORS AND WILL NEED TO BE
REPAIRED IF THE UNIT IS TO REMAIN ON THE
SITE.
UNIT 354: THIS IS A SINGLE WIDE MOBILE
HOME WITH A UTILITY ROOM, CARPORT,
BEDROOM AND DEN ADDED TO IT. THIS
UNIT WAS ALSO LOCKED AND IT WAS THE
ONLY
UNIT OUT OF THE FOUR UNITS THAT HAD A
CURRENT DECAL (12/09) ON IT. FROM
CONDUCTING
AN OUTSIDE INSPECTION IT APPEARS TO BE
IN
FAIR CONDITION. THE HOME HAS SOME
FURNITURE IN IT AND SOME ROOF LEAKS
WERE NOTED IN THE DEN AND KITCHEN AREA.

THE REST OF THE HOMES LOCATED ON THIS
PROPERTY ARE OCCUPIED AND IN GOOD
CONDITION. THEY ARE BEING MAINTAINED
IN
A PROPER MANNER.
