THIS IS AN OLD WOOD FRAME STORAGE
BUILDING THAT IS IN VERY BAD CONDITION.
THE ROOF SHEATHING HAS ROTTED AWAY IN
MOST PLACES ALLOWING WATER TO ENTER.
THE WEST WALL HAS ROTTED AWAY DUE TO
LACK OF UPKEEP AND THE OTHER WALLS ARE
IN VERY BAD REPAIR. I RECOMMEND REMOVAL
FROM THE SITE DUE TO UNSAFE CONDITIONS.

MOBILE HOME - VIOLATES SECTION
12.19.500
THIS IS AN OLD ABANDONED SINGLE WIDE
MOBILE HOME THAT IS FULL OF TRASH AND
DEBRIS. THE ROOF HAS SEVERAL LEAKS IN
IT AND THE CEILING MATERIAL IS STARTING
TO FALL DOWN. THE EXTERIOR METAL SIDING
HAS HOLES RUSTED THROUGH ALLOWING WATER
TO ENTER THE WALLS AND ROT OUT THE WALLS
AND FLOOR AREA. THERE ARE NO TIE DOWNS
FOR THIS UNIT AS REQUIRED. DUE TO THE
UNSAFE CONDITION OF THE HOME I AM
RECOMMENDING REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY.

SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE - VIOLATES
SECTION 12.16.101: THIS IS A WOOD FRAME
SFR WITH WOOD FLOOR SYSTEM IN FAIR
CONDITION. THE HOME WAS LOCKED SO NO
INTERIOR INSPECTION COULD BE MADE. THE
ROOF WAS 5-V TIN WITH SEVERAL PATCHED
SPOTS IN IT. THE EXTERIOR WOOD SIDING
APPEARS TO BE IN FAIR CONDITION WITH NO
ROTTEN AREAS NOTICED. THERE ARE SOME
BROKEN WINDOWS NOTED THAT NEED REPAIR.
WITHOUT THE INTERIOR INSPECTION I AM NOT
SURE OF THE CEILING OR FLOOR CONDITION.
