SHEATHING AND ROOF COVERING HAS BEEN
TORN OFF AND REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY.
ALL THAT REMAINS IS THE FLOOR AND THE
FOUR EXTERIOR WALLS. THERE ARE NO
INTERIOR WALLS OR COVERING ON THE
EXTERIOR WALLS. THERE ARE SEVERAL PILES
OF BROKEN CONCRETE IN THE SIDE AND REAR
YARD. THESE SHOULD BE REMOVED ALONG
WITH THE OLD WALLS AND FLOOR OF THE
HOME. THERE IS AN OLD CONCRETE POOL IN
THE REAR YARD THAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED
AND THE HOLE FILLED IN. I RECOMMEND
DEMOLITION OF REMAINING WALLS, REMOVE
OLD POOL SHELL AND CLEAN THE SITE OF ALL
DEBRIS.
