SHINGLE ROOF. THE ROOF IS SHOWING SIGNS
OF NEEDING TO BE REPLACED. I SAW NO
MISSING SHINLES, BUT THEY ARE STARTING
TO DRY OUT AND CURL UP AT THE EDGES, THE
ROOF POSSIBLY HAS ANOTHER YEAR OR TWO AT
THE MOST BEFORE REPLACEMENT IS NEEDED.
THE HOME WAS LOCKED SO INTERIOR
INSPECTION COULD NOT BE DONE. LOOKING
THRU THE WINDOWS I FOUND NO SIGN OF ROOF
LEAKS OR DAMAGE TO THE WALLS IN THE
ROOMS THAT WERE VISABLE. THE HOME HAS
SOME FURNITURE IN IT BUT APPEARS TO BE
ABANEDONED AND THE ELECTRIC METER HAS
BEEN REMOVED. THERE IS A PIECE OF
GUTTERING ON THE FRONT PORCH THAT IS
LOOSE AND BENT. IT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED
TO PREVENT IT FROM BLOWING AWAY. THERE
ARE 5-6 2X4 WOODEN POSTS THAT ARE BOWING
AND ROTTING AT THE BASE THAT NEED TO BE
REMOVED ALSO. THEY WERE THERE TO ATTACH
SCREENING TO AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY
STRUCTURAL VALUE. THE HOME NEEDS
CLEANING AND PAINTING TO PRESERVE THE
FASCIA BOARD AND PROTECT THE WALLS BUT
IT APPEARS TO BE IN FAIR CONDITION. SEE
THE ATTACHED COPY OF THE LETTER DATED
APRIL 11, 2005 REFERENCING THE SAME
LOCATION.
