REPLACED SEVERAL PLACES OF THE ROTTEN
BOARDS ON THE ROOF LINE AREA. HE HAS
ALSO REPLACED THE ROTTEN WOOD THAT WAS
ON THE FRONTAGE OF THE GARAGE. HE ASKED
FOR 30 DAYS TO GET THE ROOF REPAIRS
DONE. HIS INTENTIONS ARE TO PUT A NEW
ROOF LINE STRUCTURE ONTO THE HOUSE AND
POSSIBLE HAVE A SECOND STORY TO THE
HOUSE, WHICH WOULD BE DONE IN 2 TO 3
YEARS FROM NOW. HE WAS ADVISED BY S.Y.
THAT HE COULD DO REPAIRS TO THE ROOF AS
LONG AS THERE ARE NO LEAKS. HE IS TO
CALL S.Y. WHEN IS READY FOR AN
INSPECTION. BEV & S.Y.

SCHEDULED TO REINSPECT THE PROPERTY.
CALLER WAS SATISFIED WITH THAT RESPONSE,
BUT HOPES TO SEE SOME PROGRESS ON THE

SHINGLE ROOF. THERE ARE SEVERAL TABS OF
SHINGLES THAT HAVE BLOWN OFF THE ROOF.
THE ENTIRE ROOF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED IN
A YEAR OR TWO BUT I DON'T SEE ANY LEAKS
YET IN THE MAIN PART OF THE HOME. ALL
WINDOWS AND DOORS WERE INTACT AND APPEAR
TO BE IN WORKING CONDITION. THE GABLE
ENDS OF THE HOME NEED SOME REPAIR. THE
NORTH END NEEDS THE MOST ATTENTION AS
SOME OF THE WOOD SIDING HAS ROTTED AWAY
DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE. THERE IS A
FLAT DECK ROOF ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
HOME AND THAT IS WHERE MOST OF THE
PROBLEMS ARE. ON THE SOUTH END WHERE
THE SLOPED ROOF AND FLAT SECTION MEET
THERE IS A LARGE ROTTED AREA IN THE
CEILING. THE OUTSIDE BEAM THAT SUPPORTS
THE ROOF RAFTERS IS ROTTED IN SEVERAL
PLACES AND SAGGING DOWN. THERE ARE
SEVERAL RAFTER ENDS THAT NEED REPLACING
AND MANY PIECES OF SHEATHING THAT NEED
REPAIR. THIS SHOULD BE A REPAIRABLE
HOME IF NOT NEGLECTED IN THE FUTURE.

INSPECT AND THEN RETURN AND CITE AT THAT
