ROOF. THE HOME WAS LOCKED AT THE TIME
OF INSPECTION BUT I WAS ABLE TO VIEW THE
INTERIOR THROUGH THE WINDOWS. THE LIVING
ROOM AND NW BEDROOM WERE CLEAN AND
SHOWED NO SIGN OF LEAKS. THE HOME HAS
AN ADDITION STARTED ON THE REAR OF THE
HOME (06030749). THE CONCRETE BLOCK
WALLS ARE UP, TRUSSES ARE IN PLACE, AND
THE SHEATHING HAS BEEN APPLIED TO THE
ROOF. I AM NOT SURE HOW OLD THIS
PROJECT IS, BUT THE FELT ON THE ROOF HAS
DRIED OUT AND BLOWN OFF ON MOST OF THE
ADDITION. THE SHEATHING IS SHOWING
SIGNS OF ROTTING IN SOME PLACES AND IF
NOT REFELTED SOON ALL THE SHEATHING WILL
HAVE TO REPLACED. WHERE THE NEW ROOF
JOINS TO THE OLD ROOF THERE ARE ALSO
LEAKS IN THIS AREA, AGAIN DUE TO THE OLD
FELT BEING BLOWN OFF. THIS HOME APPEARS
TO BE ABANDONED AS THERE IS NO FURNITURE
OR APPLIANCES IN THE HOME. IF REPAIRS
ARE NOT MADE TO THE ROOF OF THE ADDITION
WITHIN 90 DAYS IT WILL BECOME AN UNSAFE
SITUATION THAT WILL RESULT IN HAVING TO
BE REMOVED OR CLEANED UP. FAILURE TO
COMPLY MAY RESULT IN FINES.
