HAD BEEN DIVIDED INTO FIVE INDIVIDUAL
UNITS THAT DO NOT MEET CURRENT ZONING
CODES. MR. MOSELEY TESTIFIED THERE ARE
NUMEROUS CRACKS IN THE CONCRETE WALLS OF
THE STRUCTURE, THE POURED CONCRETE
LENTIL HAS CRACKED, THE REPAIRS NEEDED
TO BRING THE STRUCTURE INTO COMPLIANCE
WOULD COST FAR MORE THAN THE ASSESSED
VALUE OF THE PROPERTY, AND THE STRUCTURE
SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY.

TESTIFIED THAT THE RESPONDENT WAS GIVEN
PROPER NOTIFICATION, THE RESPONDENT WAS
GIVEN A REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME TO

MOST DOORS HAVE BEEN NAILED SHUT AND DO
NOT WORK PROPERLY. THE FLOOR CONTINUES
TO DROOP ON EACH END OF THE BUILDING
DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FOOTER SUPPORT. MY
RECOMMENDATION IS THE SAME AS BEFORE,
TO
REMOVE THE BUILDING FROM THE SITE. THE
COST TO BRING THIS BUILDING INTO
COMPLIANCE WILL FAR EXCEED THE CURRENT
VALUE OF THE BUILDING.
