BOARDS. THERE ARE 8-10 DECK BOARDS THAT
HAVE BUCKLED SINCE BEING INSTALLED; SOME
BOW UP AND SOME BOW DOWN. THIS LEAVES
THE WALKWAY UNEVEN AND HARD TO WALK
DOWN. THESE BOARDS NEED TO BE REPLACED
WITH NEW FLAT BOARDS. AT THE END OF THE
DOCK IS A RAISED ROOF SHELTER. THE ROOF
FRAME WORK IS STILL IN GOOD CONDITION
BUT THE PLYWOOD SHEATHING HAS ALL ROTTED
AWAY IN MOST AREAS. THERE IS A SECTION
OF WHAT APPEARS TO BE AN OLD RAILING
THAT HAS FALLEN OVER ONTO THE ROOF. ALL
THE ROTTEN WOOD NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM
THE ROOF DECK TO PREVENT IT FROM BEING
BLOWN AWAY DURING ANY HIGH WIND EVENT.
FULL COMPLIANCE CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED ONE
OF THREE WAYS. 1. REMOVE DOCK
COMPLETELY, ALL BOARDS AND POSTS; 2.
REPLACE BOWED BOARDS IN DOCK AREA,
REMOVE ALL ROTTEN WOOD FROM THE ROOF
AREA AND RAILING; 3. REPLACE BOWED DOCK
BOARDS AND ALL ROTTEN ROOF SHEATHING,
REPLACE ROOF DECK WITH NEW BOARDS AND
ROOF COVERING. IF YOU CHOOSE ITEM #3
THEN A PERMIT WOULD BE NEEDED TO REBUILD
THE ROOF. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE AS SOON
AS POSSIBLE DUE TO POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO
SURROUNDING PROPERTY OR PEOPLE.

GRADE WOOD FLOOR SYSTEM. THE HOME IS IN
FAIR CONDITION BUT THE ROOF IS IN NEED
OF REPAIR TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE
CEILING AND WALLS OF THE HOME. ALL
WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE INTACT AND
WORKING. THERE ARE SOME HOLES IN THE
WALLS AND SOME DAMAGE TO THE CEILING
FANS. THE HOME HAS AN ATTACHED GARAGE
THAT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN VANDALIZED.
THERE ARE SEVERAL HOLES KNOCKED IN THE
WALLS AND SOME OF THE DOORS HAVE BEEN
REMOVED FROM THE TRACK LEAVING THE
GARAGE OPEN TO THE OUTSIDE WEATHER. THE
ELECTRIC PANEL IN THE HOME HAS BEEN
VANDALIZED ALSO WITH ALL BREAKERS
MISSING AND SOME WIRE HAS BEEN CUT OFF.
THE HOME WILL REQUIRE SOME REPAIRS TO BE
MADE LIVABLE STARTING WITH THE ROOF.
THE ELECTRIC WILL NEED ATTENTION AND THE
DRYWALL REPAIRED. IF NOTHING IS DONE,
THE HOME WILL DETERIORATE AND REPAIRS,
IF POSSIBLE WILL BE COSTLY.

WARNING CITATION #3820 FOR CO 5-20 . I
ALSO NOTICED THE MAIN RESIDENCE HAS AN
ATTACH GARAGE. THE GARAGE DOOR IS LAYING
ON THE GROUND. THE INTERIOR OF THE
GARAGE IS EXPOSED TO THE WEATHER. THE
CEILING HAS A LARGE HOLE AND LIGHT
FIXTURE HANGING, THE MAIN HOUSES FRONT
DOOR WAS OPENED AND THE REAR PORCH OF
THE HOUSE ALSO SO SIGNS OF NEEDING
REPAIRS. UNKNOWN WHAT THE INTERIOR OF
THE MAIN HOUSE LOOKS LIKE. THE HOME
APPEARS ABANDON AND OPENED. I WILL ASK
SY MOSELEY OUR BUILDING INSPECTOR TO
INSPECT THIS BUILDING.
