THERE IS EVIDENCE OF A MISSING ROOF
COVER ON THE WEST SIDE. THERE ARE
SECTIONS OF C-CHANNEL TO THE MOBILE
HOME
AND PIECES OF TORN AND BENT METAL
FLASHING.SCREWED TO THE ROOF. SOME OF
THE FLASHING IS MISSING AND THE HOLES
WHERE IT WAS MOUNTED TO THE ROOF IS
ALLOWING WATER INTO THE HOME CEILING AND
WALLS. THE
UTILITY ROOM OUTSIDE AND THE ENTIRE
MOBILE HOME IS FULL OF TRASH, OLD TOOLS
AND BOXES. THERE ARE SEVERAL PLACES IN
THE FLOOR THAT ARE WEAK DUE TO LEAKS AND
POSSIBLE TERMITE DAMAGE. THIS IS AN OLD
ABANDONED UNIT THAT HASN'T BEEN LIVED IN
FOR YEARS. THERE ARE NO CURRENT DECALS
FROM THE TAX COLLECTOR'S OFFICE ON THE
HOME AND THE LAST ONE WAS DATED 2004.
THE DOORS ARE STARTING TO SEPARATE FROM
THE HINGES DUE TO OLD AGE. THE WINDOWS
DO NOT OPERATE PROPERLY DUE TO LACK OF
MAINTENANCE AND NEGLECT. THIS UNIT WAS
BUILT IN 1967 AND THEREFORE CAN NOT BE
RESET FOR USE IN FLORIDA. DUE TO THE
LACK OF USE AND ITS DETERIORATING
CONDITION I WOULD RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM
THE PROPERTY.
