WITH A CARPORT COVER ON THE WEST SIDE
AND A PATIO COVER ON THE EAST SIDE. THE
CARPORT ROOF HAS SEVERAL BENT PANELS IN
IT THAT HAVE WEAKENED THE ANCHORING
CHANNEL AT THE MOBILE HOME WALL. THE
HOME APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN ABANDONED WITH
SOME KITCHEN ITEMS ON THE COUNTER AND
PIECES OF CLOTHING ON THE BEDROOM FLOOR
AND CLOSET. ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS ARE
INTACT BUT MOST WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN DUE
TO LACK OF USE. THERE ARE 2-3 PLACES IN
THE CEILING THAT INDICATE ROOF LEAKS.
THERE ARE NO CURRENT DECALS FROM THE TAX
COLLECTOR'S OFFICE ON THE HOME. THE
LAST ONE WAS DATED 2004. THIS HOME WAS
BUILT IN 1969 AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE
RESET TO ANOTHER SITE IN FLORIDA. DUE
TO ITS DETERIORATING AND ABANDONED
CONDITION, I WOULD RECOMMEND DEMOLISHING
AND REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY.
