CONSIDERED A LEGAL NON CONFORMING USE
AND THE RV MAY STAY ON THE PROPERTY. IF
THE RV WAS EVER TO BE REPLACED IT WOULD
HAVE TO CONFORM WITH HIGHLANDS COUNTY
CODE SECTION 12.06.103 AND 12.06.109.

THE SCREEN ROOM WAS PLACED ONTO THE RV
BACK IN THE 90'S. TOLD HIM KNEW NOTHING
OF IT AND THAT I NEEDED A COPY AND THAT
THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM WHY HE
DIDN'T REMOVE THE RV. HE SAID HE WILL
BRING A COPY TO OFFICE AND I WOULD SPEAK
TO LINDA, ZONING SUPERVISOR AGAIN. BEV &

SAID TECHNOLY THE TRIPLEX HAS BEEN USED
FOR A TRIPLEX FOR A LONG TIME, BUT
KNOWS THAT DOESN'T MEAN THAT IS RIGHT.
HE WANTED TO MAKE A DECISION FROM ZONING
AND CE THAT IF HE MOVED THE RV(TROPHY)
THEY COULD LEAVE THE TRIPLEX. TOLD HIM
