WITH A TRUSS ROOF SYSTEM WITH SHINGLES.
THERE ARE SEVERAL WINDOWS THAT HAVE BEEN
BROKEN OUT AND THE FRAMES ARE BROKEN
ALSO. THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR HAS BEEN
BROKEN IN ONE SECTION. THERE ARE
SEVERAL HOLES THAT HAVE BEEN KNOCKED
THROUGH THE CEILING AND ONE SECTION OF
CEILING ON THE BACFK PORCH AREA HAS
COLLAPSED FROM A LEAK IN THE ROOF. THE
ELECTRIC PANEL HAS BEEN VANDALIZED AND
ALL WIRES CUT OUT OF IT AND THE BREAKERS
HAVE BEEN REMOVED. THE AIR CONDITIONING
UNIT HAS HAD ITS MOTOR REMOVED FROM THE
ENCLOSURE AS WELL. THESE ITEMS ARE
REPAIRABLE TO PUT THE HOUSE IN WORKING
ORDER. INSTALLING NEW DOORS AND WINDOWS
WILL MAKE THE HOME SECURE AND REPAIRS TO
THE ROOF TO STOP FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE
CEILING IS NEEDED. THERE ARE SEVERAL
AREAS IN THE YARD THAT APPEAR TO HAVE
BEEN DUG UP. THESE AREAS NEED TO BE
FILLED IN TO PREVENT SOMEONE FROM
FALLING INTO THEM. THERE IS A 8X12 SHED
IN THE BACK YARD THAT DOES NOT HAVE A
PERMIT AND IS NOT BUILT TO CODE. THIS
NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY.
