 RAISED WOOD FLOOR SYSTEM. THERE IS A
 SCREEN PORCH ON THE FRONT OF THE HOME
 THAT HAS A COLLAPSED FLOOR IN IT. THE
 HOME IS IN POOR CONDITION W/SEVERAL
 WEAK SPOTS IN THE FLOOR. THERE ARE ALSO
 SEVERAL PLACES IN THE CEILING THAT
 SHOWS SIGNS OF ROOF LEAKS. THE ROOF IS
 A SHINGLE ROOF THAT HAS SEVERAL PATCHES
 IN IT AND IS IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT.
 THERE IS A SLIDING GLASS DOOR THAT HAS
 BEEN REMOVED FROM THE FRAME LEAVING AN
 8X8' HOLE IN THE EXTERIOR WALL AND RAIN
 IS SOAKING THE FLOOR IN THIS AREA. THE
 KITCHEN AREA IS NEAR THIS WALL OPENING
 ALSO AND THE CABINETS ARE STARTTING TO
 SWELL AND DELAMINATE. THE DRAWERS DO
 NOT SHUT AND DOORS ARE WARPED AND WILL
 NOT STAY CLOSED. THE OTHER BUILDING ON
 THIS PROPERTY IS AN OLD GARAGE AND
 WORKSHED. IT HAS 2 LEAN TO'S ROOF
 ATTACHED TO THE SIDES, THAT ARE FALLING
 DOWN DUE TO INPROPER SUPPORT FOR ROOF
 MEMBERS. PART OF THIS WALL IS A
 CONCRETE
 BLOCK WALL THAT IS LEANING OVER AND HAS
 1-2" CRACKS IN IT DUE TO LACK OF FOOTER
 UNDER IT.THESE STRUCTURES NEED TO BE
 REMOVED DUE TO UNSAFE CONDITIONS.
 UNLESS
 REPAIRS ARE SOON MADE TO MAIN HOME IT
