(NUISANCE STRUCTURE). THE VIOLATION HAD
NOT BEEN CORRECTED AS OF THE DATE OF THE
HEARING. THE PETITIONER WOULD LIKE TO
HAVE THE STRUCTURE, AND ALL ASSOCIATED
DEBRIS, TO INCLUDE THE SEPTIC, REMOVED
FROM THE PROPERTY. THE RESPONDENTS
ADMITTED THAT THERE WAS A VIOLATION ON
THE PROPERTY. THE RESPONDENTS TESTIFIED
THAT THEY HAD OBTAINED A DEMOLITION
PERMIT IN JANUARY OF 2009, BUT WERE
UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE DEMOLITION BY THE
DATE SPECIFIED FOR CORRECTION. THE
RESPONDENTS REQUESTED, AND WERE GRANTED,

SEVERAL ROTTEN PLACES IN IT CAUSING THE
ENTIRE WALL TO SINK AS IT LOSES ITS
SUPPORT. THE WEST GABLE END HAS ROTTED
AWAY AND IS READY TO FALL. THIS HAS
ALREADY HAPPENED ON THE EAST WALL; IT
HAS FALLEN COMPLETELY OVER AND IS LYING
ON THE GROUND. THERE IS NO SUPPORT FOR
THE RAFTER AND THEY ARE STARTING TO SAG
AND FALL. DUE TO THE UNSAFE CONDITION
OF THIS BUILDING I RECOMMEND REMOVAL
FROM THE PROPERTY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
TO
PREVENT HARM TO THE PUBLIC.
