THE DATE SPECIFIED FOR CORRECTION, AND
THE VIOLATION HAD NOT BEEN CORRECTED AS
OF THE DATE OF THE HEARING. THE CASE WAS
SCHEDULED FOR A PUBLIC HEARING, THE
RESPONDENT AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
WERE PROPERLY NOTIFIED OF THE HEARING.
THE RESPONDENT ADMITTED THAT THERE WAS A
