SY WENT OUT INSPECTED KARENS UNIT(3245) AND ONE
FOR LIONEL SMITH, THERE WERE LEAKS IN KARENS ROOF,
AND LIONEL HAD AN A/C LEAKAGE PROBLEM. SY
CONTACTED THE LOCAL MANAGER AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD
HAVE SOMEONE OUT THE NEXT DAY TO ADDRESS THE
PROBLEMS. CALLED KAREN TWO DAYS LATER AND SHE
SAID THE GUY HAD BEEN BY AND LOOKED AT THE PROBLEM
AND SAID HE WOULD COME BACK WITH MATERIALS TO FIX
ROOF PROBLEM. THEY DID FIX THE A/C PROBLEM.

THE CLOSET. CONTACTED AGENT FOR OWNER
AND SHE SAID THEY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE OUT
TO CHECK FRO REPAIRS BY FRIDAY. CALLED
TENANT AT #3245 ON TUES. SEPT 2, 2008
AND TENANT STATED PERSON CAME BY TO GET
MATERIAL LIST AND CHECK JOB. TENANT ALSO
STATED HE WENT TO THE OTHER UNIT. CALLED
SECOND TENANT, LEFT MESSAGE ABOUT
REPAIRS BEING DONE. DID NOT EVER RECEIVE
A CALL BACK FROM HIM.
